by using sptfyin, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. service scope

sptfyin is a spotify-focused link shortener. you may only create links that point to valid spotify resources.

3. acceptable use

you agree to:

  • use the service for lawful purposes
  • respect intellectual property and third-party rights
  • provide accurate information when submitting support or ownership requests
  • follow service limits and anti-abuse controls
  • keep your account access reasonably secure if you sign in

4. prohibited use

you must not:

  • create links for phishing, malware, scams, or other harmful activity
  • use automation to bypass rate limits or abuse protections
  • impersonate others or make fraudulent ownership claims
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or degrade the service

5. enforcement

we may investigate suspected abuse and take action, including:

  • disabling links
  • rate-limiting or blocking traffic
  • suspending access to management features
  • restricting or removing account access where needed to protect the service

6. accounts and guest links

you may use sptfyin as a guest or sign in with a supported oauth provider.

guest links are tied to the browser session that created them. if you sign in while that guest session is still available, sptfyin may transfer those guest links into your account.

you are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure links you create or manage comply with these terms.

7. disclaimers and liability

the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. to the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. trademark and affiliation

spotify and the spotify logo are trademarks of spotify ab. sptfyin is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by spotify ab.

9. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
